Love Acupuncture & Wellness Group is a well-established, multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our collaborative care team. Priority Hiring

We are prioritizing candidates who:

• Are already credentialed in-network with multiple insurance companies, including Regence and Moda
• Are available to cover shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Live locally and can reliably commute to Clackamas, Oregon
• Hold an active Oregon Massage Therapy License

About the Role

You will provide clinical and medical massage therapy as part of an integrated treatment approach, working in coordination with acupuncture providers and other healthcare professionals.

Our systems and administrative support are designed to allow you to focus on what matters most: patient care and outcomes—not administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused medical massage treatments
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and other members of the care team
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
• Maintain precise, compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Massage Therapy License in good standing
• Currently credentialed with at least two insurance providers (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or medical massage experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment
• Professional, reliable, and clinically driven

Schedule

This is a part-time position with consistent demand. Candidates must be available for at least two shifts per week.

• Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Wednesday: 1:30 - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (every other Saturday)
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation

• Commission-based: $52.50–$102 per 60-minute session, depending on insurance type
