Position Summary

Augment Wellness is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic massage services in a professional, wellness-focused environment. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled appointments.
• Document client sessions as required.
• Educate clients on wellness and recovery recommendations when appropriate.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Experience in therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, or recovery massage is preferred.
