Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of massage and spa services, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Salt Stone, Foot Spa services, Body Wraps, and Body Scrubs
• Maintain a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where clients feel seen, understood, and cared for
• Tailor each session using your knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology
• Offer thoughtful self‑care guidance to help clients extend the benefits of their treatment
• Encourage clients to view massage as part of a holistic, long‑term wellness lifestyle
• Support a team environment focused on healing, professionalism, and positive client experiences

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Idaho
• Genuine desire to uplift clients and support their well‑being through skilled, intentional touch
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to spa operations
• Calm, grounded presence and passion for holistic wellness

Compensation

• Sage Day Spa offers a 37%–40% commission.
• Therapists are not required to remain on‑site when they are not in session.
• Responsibilities include session preparation, treatment, and appropriate cleanup
• Additional Compensation - Tips paid bi‑monthly with your paycheck, plus 10% commission on product sales
