In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing your expertise in various massage techniques to promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage and hot stone massage to address clients’ specific concerns.
• Perform Body wraps and scrubs, preferred but not mandatory.
• Control your own schedule and time management.
• Check-out and rebook clients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual physiology and anatomy knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for pain management or relaxation goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all health regulations.

Qualifications

• Current PA State Board license in massage therapy.
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for safety compliance.
• Carry liability insurance, preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience working in a spa or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their health goals.

Pay: $33.90 - $40.83 per hour
