Now Hiring for a Massage Therapist!

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join us in our growing chiropractic office. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience with sports and therapeutic massage, and prefers to provide services in a clinical setting.

This position offers flexible hours with room to grow and access to wellness services at our chiropractic office, such as discounted adjustments and compression boot therapy.

This position is structured as an independent contractor position, perfect for someone who wants the flexibility of setting their own hours, yet appreciates the value of immediate access to an established book of business/patients. Pay is structured as a very generous revenue split, in lieu of monthly rent.

A furnished room is provided, including massage table, sheets, table warmer, bolster, and access to onsite laundry. Therapist must provide their own oils or lotions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute quality massage therapy sessions
• Perform 15-30 min cupping therapy sessions
• Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
• Promote the health and wellness benefits to client’s receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
• Promote the health and wellness benefits to client’s of receiving chiropractic care, sauna therapy, and compression boot therapy in conjunction with massage therapy
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Safeguard the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding our commitment to safety
• Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with clients and team members
• Maintain professional appearance and good hygiene at all times
• Completes wellness chart documentation accurately and completely
• Stay up to date with Colorado state continuing education requirements
• Maintain active professional liability insurance

Qualifications:

• Maintain an active Massage Therapy License in Colorado (LMT or RMP)
• Experience in sports and therapeutic massage
• Pass a reference check

Time Commitment:

• 2 day minimum
• Flexible hours and days
