Massage Therapist, LMT

Here at Le Reve Massage and Facial Spa we are seeking Massage Therapist LMT to join our growing team.

Duties

• Must be able to perform consecutive massages. Massage times range from 60 to 120 minutes at a time.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns effectively.
• Stay informed about anatomy knowledge and physiology to enhance treatment efficacy and client education.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area, ensuring a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experienced and newly licensed massage therapist welcome to apply.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of a variety of massage techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Understanding of anatomy knowledge and physiology principles as they relate to massage therapy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
