Massage Therapist

We’re looking for a passionate, intuitive, and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at our Aveda salon and spa. Our massage therapists have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with guests while providing customized treatments in a peaceful, beautiful environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional, personalized massage experiences based on each guest’s individual needs and goals
• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, trigger point, and other techniques
• Create a calming, welcoming experience that allows guests to relax, restore, and reconnect
• Consult with guests before each service to understand their needs, concerns, and wellness goals
• Recommend appropriate treatments, enhancements, and at-home self-care when beneficial
• Educate guests on ways to support their overall well-being between visits
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest records
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and professional standards
• Continue developing your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training
• Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Current Utah Massage Therapist license
• A genuine passion for wellness, healing, and helping others feel their best
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An intuitive, compassionate approach to guest care
• Ability to customize each service rather than providing a one-size-fits-all experience
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience with multiple massage modalities is a plus
• Aveda or holistic wellness experience is a plus, but a passion for learning is just as important

Pay: $30.40 - $50.00 per hour
