We’re looking for a Freelance Massage Therapist to join our established Marylebone studio, covering three shifts per week across Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus weekend shifts. If you’re an experienced therapist who thrives in a welcoming, professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Freelance Massage Therapist with MASAJ Marylebone you will:

• Deliver tailored massage treatments from our treatment menu (Relaxing, Deep Tissue and Couples) in line with our brand standard. Sports, pregnancy massage, Lymphatic drainage highly desirable. Facework training in-house.
• Work a set schedule of 3 shifts per week: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday), with shift times ranging between 10:00 - 19:00, always in line with our policy of no more than 5.75 hours of hands-on treatment time per shift.
• Deliver some couples treatments as part of the weekend shift schedule.
• Build and retain a client base within the MASAJ studio environment.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and inclusive client experience that reflects our ethos “Come As You Are”.
• Work to our high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service, delivering an elevated guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• You must hold a relevant level 3 body massage and Deep Tissue or Sports qualification and be insured and registered with a recognised regulatory body.
• Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is required (especially delivering deep tissue).
• A warm, professional demeanour with excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Availability across Tuesday and Thursday evenings and weekend shifts (10:00 - 19:00), with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
• We also welcome applications from weekend-only candidates, and have some flexibility on schedule for the right candidate.
• Ability to complete our practical assessment process, provide reliable references and be able to complete onboarding and site inductions.
