What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments following Woodhouse's signature service protocols.
• Customize treatments to meet each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, available enhancements, and recommended home-care products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms in accordance with Woodhouse standards.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously strengthen your skills.

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Maryland massage therapy license.
• A genuine passion for massage therapy, wellness, and helping others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality treatments.
• Ability to manage a busy treatment schedule while maintaining exceptional service standards.
