We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and personable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team!

We’re seeking a massage therapist who is passionate about their craft, values meaningful client relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Our ideal candidate is confident in their massage techniques, attentive to individual client needs, and excited to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to wellness, relaxation, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized, high-quality massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Perform relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques with confidence and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough consultations and maintain accurate client treatment notes.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and luxurious experience for every guest.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful care.
• Collaborate with our estheticians, nail technicians, and front desk team to provide a seamless spa experience.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Massage Therapist License (LMT).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about wellness, client care, and continued education.
• Comfortable recommending services and encouraging client retention.
• Experience in a luxury spa environment is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
