About the Role

Are you passionate about sharing your expertise and helping the next generation of massage therapists succeed? We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, hands-on learning environment where students build strong technical skills and a well-rounded understanding of holistic health practices.

We are seeking skilled and motivated Massage Therapy Instructors to teach and mentor students in both classroom and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach students engaging massage therapy courses through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training
• Deliver curriculum in alignment with state regulations and industry standards
• Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Supervise students during clinic hours and provide massage evaluations with constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment
• Support student development, confidence, and readiness for certification and licensure
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to promote student success

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the modality being taught
• Active practice or strong professional background in massage therapy
• Licensing is not required

Ideal Candidate

• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
• High level of professionalism and commitment to student success and adult education
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Basic proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
