MASSEUR

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Masseur to provide massage services to clients in a wellness environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering appropriate massage treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene and ensuring a comfortable and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide massage services according to clients' needs, preferences and the services offered by the establishment.

Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences, comfort levels and relevant health considerations before treatment.

Explain available massage services, treatment procedures and aftercare recommendations within the scope of the role.

Apply appropriate massage techniques and pressure according to the agreed treatment and the client's feedback.

Maintain professional boundaries and respect clients' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, massage beds, towels and equipment before and after each session.

Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and hygiene practices in accordance with applicable requirements.

Monitor clients' comfort during treatments and adjust techniques where appropriate.

Manage appointments and maintain accurate service records where required.

Report any client safety concerns, equipment issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies and applicable Singapore regulations.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in massage therapy or wellness services is preferred.

Relevant massage therapy training or certification is an advantage, where applicable to the services provided.

Knowledge of massage techniques, client care and treatment-room hygiene.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional service.

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.

Good customer service skills and a responsible approach to work.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow established hygiene and safety procedures.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the business schedule, where required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
