Job Summary

We are looking for therapists, new or experienced, who are looking to gain experience and enhance their skills, or simply continue to do what they love in our prestigious salons.

The ideal candidate is passionate for beauty, aesthetics and wellness, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing clients' appearances through various beauty treatments, including massage and facials, ensuring they leave feeling confident and joyful.

Duties

• Perform a range of massages including but not limited to, Relaxing, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and reception team to understand their needs and provide tailored beauty solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer informed recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid beautician qualification or relevant certification.
