Massive Hiring: Customer Service Representatives – Onsite

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Telco Account team. This is an onsite opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests through phone support
• Provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products and services
• Assist customers with account-related concerns, billing, and basic troubleshooting
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet established performance and customer service metrics

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College graduates are welcome to apply
• No BPO experience required
• Customer service experience or BPO experience is an advantage
• Preferably with Customer Contact Experience (CCE)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available for full-time employment
