Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College level/graduate
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Willing to work onsite and follow shifting schedules if required

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and update information accurately in databases and systems
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Process and organize documents and records
• Maintain and update electronic and physical files
• Perform basic administrative and back-office tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams when data verification is needed
• Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality
• Complete assigned tasks within required deadlines
