Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Structure: Base Hourly + Commission (Retail & Treatments) + Gratuity
• Earning Potential: *$32.00 – $55.00+ / hour (*Depending on experience and sales performance)

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Treatments: Deliver advanced aesthetic services including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Body Contouring using Spa Rhea protocols.
• Brand & Content Creation: Team up with our Social Media Manager to create engaging, on-camera content, highlight treatment results, and share skincare expertise.
• Client Relationship Building: Conduct thorough skin consultations, create customized treatment plans, recommend home-care regimens, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure long-term client loyalty.
• Clinic Operations: Help maintain an immaculate, clinical environment and assist with seamless client check-ins, scheduling, and overall top-tier hospitality when needed.

Requirements

• Active Utah Master Aesthetician License (Required)
• Utah Laser Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic setting
• Proficiency in Lasers (IPL, Hair Removal), Microneedling, Chemical peels, and Advanced Facial Treatments
• Comfortable being on camera for social media content creation
• Outstanding communication skills, high energy, and a team-first mindset
