Job Description: As a Master Automotive Technician at Trinity Auto Haus, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-quality service and that their vehicles are in optimal condition. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle conditions.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide detailed explanations of repair needs and costs to customers.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Technician certification recommended but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong background in diagnostics and repair.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Technical training or certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
