What You’ll Do

• Data Engineering & Integration: Assist in building, testing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and troubleshooting data processing jobs.
• Master Data Management (MDM) & Quality: Support data profiling, validation, cleansing, and governance across key business domains.
• Data Modeling & Analytics: Help create logical/physical data models and document data flows for data warehousing and BI solutions.
• Cloud & Platform Support: Work directly within Databricks and cloud environments using SQL, Python, and Delta Lake.
• Agile Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, data architects, and analytics teams in an Agile development setup.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Computer/Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! (Academic projects, capstone projects, or internship experience in databases/ETL is a strong advantage).
• Core Technical Knowledge: Basic foundation in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a quick learner eager to master new technologies.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!):

• Exposure to Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on exposure or coursework in Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Understanding of basic Data Warehousing, MDM, or Data Quality concepts.
• Familiarity with Git (version control) or BI tools like Power BI / Tableau.
