Master Data Administrator

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Administrator to join our Team located at our Head Office in O’Connor. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support in the maintenance of the retail product item list and price file. You will be rostered Monday to Friday and will be on-call Saturday and Sunday fortnightly.

Responsibilities/Duties Include but not limited to:

• Addition of new vendors and maintenance of existing vendor files.
• Create new product items in the data base using information received from the Purchasing team.
• Price file updates as required including promotion pricing as requested by the Purchasing/Category Managers.
• Support the team as required on other adhoc tasks.

Skills

• Data entry experience within a retail environment would be highly desirable.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or WiiSE would be highly regarded.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable to change.
