Location : 100% Remote (Preference on EST or CST)

Salary Range : Target is $35-$42/hr W2, but potential flex as needed

Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Master Data Analyst to join a collaborative data operations team. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer master data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process day-to-day requests through a ticketing system.
• Review, research, and execute customer master data creation and change requests.
• Analyze data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Update and maintain customer records within ERP systems, including SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and support ongoing initiatives.
• Assist with data research, validation, reporting, and project-based activities.
• Create and process data queries to support business needs and operational requests.
• Learn and support additional business applications and systems as needed.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of customer and organizational data across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to data governance and data management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, filters, lookups, and data analysis tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate information and identify inconsistencies.
• Experience working with large volumes of customer, operational, or transactional data.
• Ability to work independently after training while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience creating and processing data queries.
• Background in data management, master data, business operations, customer support operations, or related analytical functions.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
