Master Data Management Associate (6-month fixed-term and work from home)

Elevate is recruiting aMaster Data Management Associate to join our high-performing team. We provide consulting, technology, and services to law departments and law firms, offering practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Specifically, the Master Data Management Associate will

• Review invoices of VIP Customers
• Maintain master client billing status reports
• Preparation of recurring reports related to billing (weekly and month-end reports)
• Process and monitor customer on-boarding, info database and communications
• Set and lead tactical meetings for operational performance and open concerns with Delivery Services.
• Processing invoices received from third party suppliers
• Process time cards for third party consultants
• Process expenses for Associates and third party Consultants.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate accounting position or audit position
• Experience with NetSuite is not required but favored
• Familiar or experience with eBilling tools

• Excellent spoken English and good writing skills
• Ability to effectively present ideas
• Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment
• Strong problem solving capability and resiliency

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required.
