MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (ACCOUNTING) - SBA

Key responsibilities

• Independently support the client by processing requests, w.r.t. application access, usage, data structures, maintenance rules, process follows and contact persons.
• Detailed research and analysis to determine the appropriate customer account structure, including evaluating whether there should be a need to link to an existing account or require the creation of a new indirect customer account.
• Checks data and systems on correctness.
• Initiates and conducts data correction activities independently.
• Coordinates follow-up and correction in case of system errors.
• Establish enterprise-wide governance framework, policies, and decision rights for supplier master data.
• Profile data, identify gaps, design and implement enrichment, normalization, and deduplication.
• Own supplier records for assigned business units; validate changes and maintain the golden supplier master.
• Translate enrichment outputs into SAP-compatible mappings; ensure readiness for SAP load and testing.
• Validate identifiers (tax/VAT, regulatory IDs) against authoritative sources; ensure regulatory compliance.
