About Position:

We are looking for an experienced  MDM Consultant- who Ensures enterprise master data is accurate, consistent, governed, and synchronized across systems by implementing and managing Master Data Management solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices across business domains.
• Establish and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of master data.
• Integrate master data from multiple source systems and ensure synchronization across applications and platforms.
• Create and manage golden records for critical business entities including customers, products, suppliers, and reference data.
• Define matching, merging, survivorship, and data stewardship rules for master data management processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and application teams to implement master data strategies.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, and data enrichment initiatives.
• Monitor master data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Develop and maintain master data workflows, hierarchies, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.
• Support reporting, analytics, and operational systems by providing trusted master data assets.
• Prepare technical documentation, process workflows, and data governance artifacts.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management initiatives.
• Deep expertise in MDM concepts, data governance, data quality management, and data stewardship practices.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM MDM, Profisee, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience defining and managing golden records, matching and merging rules, hierarchy management, and master data workflows.
• Knowledge of customer, product, supplier, and reference data management domains.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management architecture and implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with data quality assessment, cleansing, profiling, and monitoring processes.
• Knowledge of Data Lifecycle Management and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications, databases, and external sources.
• Exposure to SQL, data analysis, and data integration techniques.
• Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data catalog concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, architects, and technology teams.
• Experience working in Agile and enterprise project environments.
