Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Master Data Management (MDM) Executive to support the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data across the organization's ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ERP applications, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate and consistent data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data in the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.
• Validate data received from business users before system entry.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and periodic data quality checks.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, HR, and other departments for master data requests.
• Follow defined master data governance standards and approval workflows.
• Support ERP users by resolving basic master data-related queries.
• Maintain documentation for master data changes and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Business Central, or similar).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:

• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• IF formulas

• Data Validation

• Conditional Formatting

• Basic data analysis and sorting/filtering

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to any ERP system through work, internship, or academic projects.
• Basic knowledge of data management concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
