Master Data Management Lead - PHARMA

Location: Remote

B2B Rate: up to €400 a day

We are supporting a global organisation within the Life Sciences sector that is seeking an experienced IT MDM Lead to drive the delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across a complex commercial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management workstreams.
• Coordinate development teams, technical discussions, planning sessions, and delivery activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, SMEs, and programme leadership.
• Drive governance, reporting, communication, and documentation across the MDM function.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Support commercial systems and data initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or broader Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data processes, data quality, and stewardship principles.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
