Role Summary:
Support the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across business systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do:

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in enterprise systems
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies
• Support data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization activities
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
• Generate reports and provide insights on data quality metrics
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to data management
• Maintain proper documentation of data processes and changes

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Data Management, Data Entry, Operations, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance
• Familiarity with data quality and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
