What they need
TARGET QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Skills:
- Master data management, data governance, internal controls, and ERP processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems, preferably Oracle and/or SAP.
- Master data creation, modification, blocking / unblocking, and maintenance procedures.
- Understanding of approval workflows, documentation requirements, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Proficient in preparing master data trackers, exception reports, change logs, and data quality reports.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, information systems, or a related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in master data, accounting, finance operations, supply chain, procurement, or related functions.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, manufacturing, or shared services is preferred.
- Exposure to customer, vendor, item, or financial master data maintenance.
