We are looking for an experienced Quality Master Data Specialist to support a global pharmaceutical organisation with the governance, harmonisation and integrity of Quality Master Data within Ennov .

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with strong experience across Ennov/eQMS, Quality Systems, Master Data Governance and GxP environments , working at the intersection of Quality, IT and local site teams.

📍 Location: Dublin, Ireland OR Paris, France

📋 Contract: Part-time assignment, aligned with project phases and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and harmonise Quality Master Data within Ennov , including reference data, codes, roles and workflows.

• Support the governance, standardisation and ongoing integrity of Quality data across a global organisation.

• Work cross-functionally with Quality Systems, Change Control, IT and local Quality teams to ensure global and local alignment.

• Support changes to Ennov master data and system configuration within an appropriate GxP change control framework .

• Contribute to computer system validation (CSV) activities associated with system changes, configuration and master data.

• Ensure master data processes meet applicable Data Integrity and GxP requirements .

• Support the harmonisation and continuous improvement of global Quality System processes.

Ideal Experience

• Hands-on experience with Quality Master Data, data governance, reference data and/or system configuration .

• Good understanding of eQMS processes , such as Change Control, CAPA, Deviations and Document Management.

• Experience working with system roles, workflows and controlled Quality data .• Knowledge of GxP, Data Integrity and Computer System Validation principles.

• Experience supporting system implementation, migration, harmonisation or digital Quality transformation projects would be highly advantageous.

• Comfortable working across Quality, IT and business functions in an international environment.
