At Tarmac , we're looking for a detail-driven Master Data Steward to help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the critical data that powers our business.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Managing and maintaining master data across ERP and supporting systems

🔹 Ensuring data quality, governance, compliance, and audit standards are upheld

🔹 Investigating and resolving data-related queries from stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, IT, and the wider business

🔹 Identifying opportunities to improve, standardise, and automate processes

🔹 Producing reporting and insights to support data governance and continuous improvement

🔹 Monitoring service performance and helping deliver against agreed SLAs

What we're looking for:

✔ Experience in Master Data Management, ERP administration, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or a similar environment

✔ An excellent understanding of data quality, governance, controls, and compliance

✔ Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy

✔ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

✔ Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels

✔ A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
