Master Esthetician

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Master Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare and wellness team. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, elevate client experiences, and promote our comprehensive range of spa services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a positive impact through personalized care and advanced aesthetic techniques.

Primary schedule is 9 am to 5 pm Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Position days/times are somewhat flexible. Weekends are an optional bonus.

Position includes free gym membership, and discounts on services and product.

W2 Employee. Generous commission structure. All materials and products provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling to meet individual client needs.
• Provide aesthetic services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing) with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their results and satisfaction.
• Conduct product demos and promote retail items to support clients’ ongoing skincare regimens.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and deliver personalized treatment plans.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, spa services, and aesthetic treatments to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician
• Proven experience performing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, laser treatments, waxing services, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage, makeup application, nail care, and other spa services as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments.
• Sales skills for retail product promotion and client consultation to enhance service offerings.

Exceptional Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experienced in lash lifts
• Experienced in eyelash extensions

Pay: $17.13 - $100.00 per hour
