Master Lash Extension Specialist

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and highly experienced Lash Extension Specialist to join our team.

This position is specifically for an established lash artist who has mastered the art of lash extensions and is confident creating everything from timeless, natural sets to highly customized, advanced lash designs.

We are looking for someone with exceptional technical ability, precision, artistry, and a strong understanding of how to customize every set according to the client's eye shape, natural lashes, facial features, desired look, and overall aesthetic.

• Dramatic & Full Glam Sets
• Cat-Eye Styling
• Kitten-Eye Styling
• Doll/Open-Eye Styling
• Custom Lash Mapping
• Advanced layering, texture, spikes, and dimension

You should be able to look at a client's eyes and confidently determine the appropriate curl, length, diameter, mapping, density, placement, and styling needed to create a beautiful and customized result.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUE LASH ARTIST

We are looking for someone who considers lash extensions an art and has the technical experience to execute advanced designs with consistency.

The right candidate should have:

• Extensive professional lash extension experience
• Advanced knowledge of lash health, isolation, placement, direction, and retention
• Excellent fan-making and volume techniques
• Strong understanding of lash mapping and eye-shape correction
• The ability to recreate inspiration photos while appropriately customizing the design for the individual client
• Exceptional attention to detail and symmetry
• Clean, precise, consistent application
• Strong retention and proper attachment techniques
• The ability to work with different natural lash types and densities
• Excellent time management without compromising quality
• High standards for sanitation, organization, and professionalism
• A polished, luxury-level approach to the client experience

CUSTOMIZATION IS ESSENTIAL

Every client is different, and we expect our lash specialist to be able to create a truly customized set rather than relying on one standard lash map.

You should be comfortable combining techniques to create wispy, textured, spiked, dense, airy, natural, dramatic, lifted, elongated, or editorial-inspired looks depending on the client's features and preferences.

You should also understand how to modify styling for different eye shapes, including hooded, almond, round, downturned, upturned, deep-set, and mature eyes.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Our priority is beautiful work without compromising the health of the natural lashes.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent isolation, appropriate weight selection, proper attachment, clean direction, balanced styling, and safe application techniques.

We are looking for someone whose work is consistently clean, polished, detailed, symmetrical, and photograph-ready.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license as required by applicable state law
• Professional lash extension certification/training
• Significant hands-on lash extension experience
• Advanced proficiency in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume techniques
• Experience with modern specialty styles, including Anime/Manga, Arabian, wispy, textured, and spiked sets
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of lash styles and advanced work
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong understanding of sanitation and client safety
• Ability to maintain the elevated service standards of a luxury beauty environment

PORTFOLIO REQUIRED

Because this is an advanced specialist position, applicants must provide a portfolio or professional social media page showcasing their work.
