Master Level Behavior Consultant

A Behavior Therapist requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in a related mental health field as detailed in 460 IAC 6-5-4 Behavioral Support Services Provider Qualifications. The Behavior Therapist provides home and community based behavioral services to children, adolescents, and adults within the Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program. Behavior Support Services means training, supervision, or direct intervention with individuals served or caregivers with the goal of reducing problem behaviors and increasing functional replacement behaviors.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social work, or related mental health field as detailed in the 460 IAC 6-5-4.
• Experience working with population, preferred, but not required
• Interest/experience in behavioral analysis
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage caseload
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation
