Master Level Behavior Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Behavior Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee client caseload, ensuring that our team provides high-quality care and support to individuals with behavioral needs. You will be responsible for fostering a positive environment, implementing best practices in client care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavior Techs in delivering effective behavioral health services.
• Develop client treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Provide training and guidance to parents and teachers on how to effectively deal with behavior issues.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support for professional development.

Experience

• A background in behavioral health or related fields is required.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with staff, clients, schools, and families.
• Ability to assess client needs effectively while demonstrating compassion and understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
