Master Mason / Foreman

Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Master Mason / Foreman to lead high-end masonry installations. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $30-$40 per hour including performance bonus
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Key Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a high-level craftsman and leader who can manage people, projects, and quality.

Essential Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in masonry, concrete, and hardscape.
• Proven experience constructing:
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fireplaces
• Bluestone, large format pavers, and porcelain tiles (including steps), wet and dry set.
• Masonry walls
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.
• Confident leader who maintains high standards for quality and productivity.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage job sites to meet all project specifications.
• Schedule crews, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule.
• Lead and assist with high-quality installations across multiple sites.
• Maintain safety, organization, and craftsmanship standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time
