Join our dynamic automotive team as a Master Mechanic A Tech, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier vehicle repair and maintenance services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive mechanical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure our customers’ vehicles operate safely and efficiently. As a key member of our service department, you’ll work with a variety of vehicle types, including light-duty and heavy-duty models, utilizing your skills to diagnose issues accurately and perform high-quality repairs. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on automotive electrical systems, engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and other mechanical components using advanced schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and brake repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Repair and overhaul complex mechanical systems including diesel engines, powertrains, transmissions, and air brake systems for various vehicle types.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Interpret technical schematics and automotive electrical diagrams to identify issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Assist in auto body repair estimates when necessary and support maintenance activities for dealership or fleet vehicles.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards.
• Expertise in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), automotive electrical systems, and schematics interpretation.
• Skilled in diesel engine repair, powertrain diagnostics, transmission overhaul, suspension system repair including shocks & struts, and brake system servicing.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics and auto body repair processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software.
• Deep mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including oil change procedures, wheel alignment techniques, tire service, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately while working efficiently under pressure.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
