We’re looking for a talented Russian Manicure / Russian Gel Nail Technician to join our growing studio in Queens. If you’re passionate about detailed prep, clean cuticle work, flawless gel application, and long-lasting results, we’d love to meet you.

Duties

• 40% commission + full tips

(Full books avg. $1,300–$2,000/week take-home)

• Part-time or full-time schedule available

• English speaking is required (Russian speaking is also a plus!)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
• Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields is required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of nail care products, sanitation procedures, and safety standards.
• Skilled in various beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering.
• Strong understanding of color theory to create visually stunning designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work with precision.
