Position Overview

The Master Planner oversees MRP activities to ensure parts availability and meet customer demand. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced MRP professional ready to advance into a senior planning position. Responsibilities include leading two MRP teams, optimizing SAP planning processes, monitoring KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supply chain planning, or manufacturing planning.
• Strong SAP experience
• APEX certification
• Experience leading and mentoring a team and drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning, inventory management, and parts availability.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, including on-time delivery, and resolving supply or customer delivery issues.
• S&OP experience, particularly implementation or process improvement.
• Power generation or automotive industry experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred.
• Windchill experience.
• SAP IBP experience strongly preferred, especially implementation experience.
