Master Production Schedule (MPS – Supervisor)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning Analyst to support production planning operations and ensure the accuracy of planning data across the organization. This role will work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to optimize planning processes, improve data management, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• Analyze, validate, and maintain planning data, including:

  • Plan vs. Actual performance
  • Production capacity
  • Inventory levels
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Prepare regular and ad hoc production planning reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within SAP/ERP systems and related platforms.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and data management efficiency.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational performance through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Chain, or Data Management.
• Manufacturing or factory environment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
