Role Overview:

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the integrated master schedule for the project, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to meet overall delivery milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering all project phases
• Consolidate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams
• Establish critical path, milestones, and sequencing logic across all workstreams
• Monitor progress against baseline and identify schedule variances and risks
• Lead schedule reviews and alignment sessions with stakeholders
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on schedule performance, delays, and mitigation actions
• Perform what-if scenarios, recovery plans, and impact analysis
• Ensure proper work breakdown structure alignment with project scope
• Interface with Project Controls, Cost Control, and Integration teams to ensure consistency
• Support governance for change management and schedule updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling for large CAPEX/industrial projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tools i.e. Primavera)
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction sequencing
• Experience managing integrated schedules across multiple contractors
