Placement Opportunities

Depending on your academic background, you may support structured projects involving:

Engineering: technical research, engineering documentation, control and automation projects, vendor/equipment research, project coordination and engineering process development.

***Marketing & Business:***market research, competitor analysis, digital marketing, social media, business development research, website/company profile development and marketing materials.

Duties

• Support Engineering and Marketing projects, helping plan tasks, research information, track progress and coordinate next steps.
• Assist with technical research, engineering documentation and project coordination.
• Carry out B2B market, competitor and potential customer research to support marketing and business development.
• Analyse technical, project and market data using Microsoft Excel and present useful findings.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Keep project information organised and provide clear progress updates.
• Work with colleagues across different areas of the business and contribute ideas to team discussions.

Placement Details

Location: Stoke-on-Trent / Hybrid where appropriate
Eligibility: Current Master’s students at UK universities
Hours: Flexible around academic commitments
Placement: Unpaid student placement, subject to the placement being permitted under the student's university guidelines and course requirements

Pay: £1.00-£100.00 per month
