About the role:
GIAARA Atelier is a contemporary fashion label working with natural fabrics — khadi cotton, silk and linen — to create women's ethnic and resort wear. We're looking for an experienced Master Tailor to lead sampling and production stitching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sample garments from design sketches and patterns
• Oversee and guide production-line stitching for women's ethnic/resort wear
• Ensure fit, finish and construction quality match design specifications
• Coordinate with and train junior tailors during bulk production
• Manage production timelines and minimize fabric wastage
• Troubleshoot fit/construction issues during sampling stage

Requirements:

• Minimum 3- 5 years' experience as a Master Tailor / Sampling Tailor in the garment industry
• Strong hands-on skill in cutting, stitching and pattern work for women's wear
• Experience working with natural fabrics (cotton, khadi, silk, linen) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret design sketches independently
• Based in or able to commute within Mumbai

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
