Master technician (MWF)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Alignment Operations:
• Performing high-precision alignment of heavy industrial machinery using Dial Gauge indicators.
• Executing critical alignment for ID Fans, Travelling Grates, Kilns, Coolers, and Heavy Pumps.
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Leading complex mechanical overhauling, repair, and precision assembly of major rotary plant equipment.
• Eliminating vibration, shaft misalignment, and mechanical wear-and-tear issues in critical machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance & Quality Checks:
• Carrying out routine alignment checks and preventive maintenance schedules to prevent major plant downtime.
• Ensuring strict compliance with plant safety guidelines, LOTO procedures, and precision technical standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
