What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead hands-on App training for Lineman, Feeder In-charge, JEN, AEN, XEN & SE
Conduct 3–4 field training sessions/week
Train teams using real feeder & consumer data
Drive 90%+ successful platform adoption
Identify & mentor local Kshetra Pratinidhi / Champions
Support and mentor Field Support Trainers
Conduct assessments, remediation & practical re-assessments
Track progress and ensure training quality across the assigned circle
Job Requirements :
Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: 5+ years
Training delivery / Power Distribution / DISCOM experience preferred
Fluent Hindi / Marwari + working English
Strong field presence & communication skills
Comfortable with mobile apps & digital platforms
Confident classroom + field facilitator
Willingness to travel across the assigned JVVNL circle
