Master Trainer / Tech Content Creator & Evangelist (Global Tech Project) - WFA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist & Master Trainer to drive Microsoft’s consumer ecosystem in Thailand. This role is a unique blend of 40% Training & Evangelism and 50% Social Content & Media Management. You will be the face of Microsoft, transforming complex technology into engaging stories for partners and consumers.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Social Content & Media Management (50%)

• Create, shoot, edit, and manage engaging short and long-form video content for social media platforms.
• Analyze content performance metrics and apply boosting strategies to maximize audience reach.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all digital channels.

2. Training & Evangelism (40%)

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and learning sessions (onsite and online) for premium laptops, AI-powered PCs, the latest operating systems, and top-tier gaming accessories.
• Use storytelling and gamification techniques to train retail professionals and partners on industry-leading productivity software and AI integrations.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and accessibility campaigns.

3. Collaboration & Reporting (10%)

• Participate in cross-functional meetings with internal teams, OEMs, and direct distributors.
• Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of management or relevant training/content creation experience.
• Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of modern PC ecosystems, productivity software, AI capabilities, gaming features, and current market trends.
• Skills: Proficiency in Video Editing tools, spreadsheet software (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and highly confident presentation skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Thai and strong proficiency in English.
• Availability: Able to start immediately (Project runs until May 31, 2026).
