Salary: £60,000

Full-Time | Hybrid | Travel to our Birmingham HQ at least 7 times per month

4-Day Working Week (Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm. Fridays Off!)

We're looking for a Masterplan Specialist to join the team at Entrepreneurs Circle and become one of the key faces of our award-winning Masterplan Programme.

THIS ISN'T A TRADITIONAL COACHING ROLE.

You won't manage your own portfolio of clients or spend your days on back-to-back coaching calls.

Instead, you'll work across the entire Masterplan Programme — helping deliver in-person Accelerator Days, workshops, group sessions and strategic support to ambitious SME business owners.

And the strategic bit is important.

We need someone who can look at the whole business and join the dots between:

Goals. Numbers. Strategy. People. Marketing. Customers. Systems. Operations. Leverage.

Someone who can listen to what a business owner thinks the problem is and dig deeper to work out what's actually going on.

Then help them decide what to do about it.

YOU'LL BE...

• Delivering brilliant workshops, Accelerator Days and group sessions
• Facilitating strategic business discussions
• Challenging business owners to think differently
• Helping members identify their biggest priorities
• Turning strategy into practical action
• Helping owners understand their numbers and make better commercial decisions
• Sharing your own real-world business experience
• Working alongside our Business Coaches and other Specialists to deliver an exceptional Masterplan experience

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

First and foremost, you need to have owned and successfully grown an SME yourself.

We're looking for someone with genuine strategic and commercial experience — someone who's made the big decisions, set direction, changed direction when needed, understood the numbers, built teams and knows what running a business is really like.

You'll be commercially minded, confident challenging people's thinking and comfortable standing in front of a room full of business owners.

You need to REALLY know business

ONE IMPORTANT THING...

This is a hybrid role, with travel to our Solihull HQ required at least 7 times per month.

Some months it may be more depending on our event calendar, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling to Solihull regularly. Ideally you would live within a 40-mile radius of Solihull.
