Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Master’s Level Therapist to join our team. This position is open to licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing boards
• Participate in supervision and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
