Masterstroke Contractor Associate

 Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.

 Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.

 Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.

 Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.

 Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.

 Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors  Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
