What You'll Do

As a Program Nurse, you'll be an essential part of our clinical team, helping patients receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and dispensing prescribed medications in accordance with provider orders, clinic protocols, and applicable regulations.
• Monitoring patients and assessing their response to treatment.
• Maintaining accurate medication records, inventory, and controlled-substance accountability.
• Assisting medical providers with patient assessments, physical examinations, laboratory services, and clinical documentation.
• Performing nursing assessments, including withdrawal assessments when appropriate.
• Educating patients about their medications and treatment.
• Supporting medication safety and diversion prevention procedures.
• Collaborating with the treatment team to support patient progress and continuity of care.
• Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and nonjudgmental environment for every patient.

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Colorado LPN or RN license.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
• Dependability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in addiction medicine.

Experience in addiction treatment or methadone clinics is NOT required. We are happy to train the right nurse!
