Mat Pilates Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mat Pilates Instructor to join our HOTLATES team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals through Pilates training.

We offer Hot Mat Pilates classes along with non-heated classes as well.

Duties

• Lead Mat Pilates classes for groups
• Instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques and form
• Provide personalized feedback and support to clients during sessions
• Create engaging and effective workout routines tailored to clients' needs
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Requirements

• Certification in Mat Pilates instruction

• Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology

• Experience in program design and sports coaching

• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients

• Previous experience working in a Pilates studio or a health club is a plus

• Current Mat Pilates Certification with 100 hours of experience or equivalent

• Experience teaching group classes

• Ability to demonstrate effective instruction

• Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style

• Punctual, reliable and dedicated

• Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
