Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy Mat/Sculpt classes that incorporate elements of Pilates, yoga, body sculpting, and functional training to promote strength, flexibility, and endurance
• Design safe and effective workout programs tailored to diverse group needs, utilizing your knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring correct body mechanics to prevent injury and maximize results
• Motivate participants through clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and energetic coaching to enhance engagement and retention
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space while adhering to safety standards and facility policies
• Stay current with industry trends in group fitness, personal training, and health club programming to continually elevate class offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions with a focus on body sculpting or mat-based workouts
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe exercise programs
• Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse groups through energetic teaching style and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with gym equipment and exercise techniques specific to mat/sculpt training
• Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals
